Fitness Machines |
In exercising, we have many options to choose from, just as there are many types of fitness machines available.
In the gyms, one can see two basic types of fitness equipment and these are the free weights and the fitness machines. Fitness machines are also of varied types. These machines are designed to allow the user to perform different types of exercise programs. There are machines designed for working just some specific muscles in the body. Compared to free weights, machines are safer and much easier to use. While squatting may be considered by some as the best leg exercise, the leg press is the preeminent machine for the same purpose. Hack squat is another fitness machine is a variant of the regular barbell squat which is ideal in working the outer thigh sweeps. For exercising the hamstring muscles, the leg curl is one good machine to use.
The standing calf is for working the muscles of the upper calf while the seated calf is for working the muscles in the lower calf. There are machines that combine two equipments while others are in separate machines.
