A home gym is one, for instance. There are advantages and otherwise with having a home gym and going to a fitness gym. What about the fitness gym? Most people who opt going to the fitness gym are interested in weight training more than aerobics or swimming. See if the club has varied and enough exercise equipments. Is health, safety and hygiene assured when you work out in the said fitness gym? If you have a little tyke with you, then ask if the fitness gym offers child care. Why join a fitness club- what are the benefits?
It is comparatively cheaper and more convenient as a home fitness gym can be set up for a very low

investment and it also helps to save time spent waiting for ones turn to use equipments at public fitness gyms. Home gyms are compact and with the ease of storing facility, one can easily exercise at home with children. Obese people may not be at ease in working out with thin and slim people at the public fitness gyms hence they can work at home to shed the extra pounds.

However public gyms definitely do have some plus points. People working at home may loose confidence and give up exercising if results are not obtained. The key to be kept in mind is that exercise is done; be it at home or at public fitness gyms.
